Genuine

Be genuine in all that you have. This is all I leave this earth.

The heart is the only true thing and sincerity is gold.

Love is real and life is short. 

Sadness is precious and joy is the result.

Love, live, and feel to the depth and bottom of the ocean of your heart.

Feel yourself and lift yourself from there. Find the truth there.

Everybody’s truth is different and nobody can give you there’s, nor can you find yours by being given it.

Hope happens, and the stars are your friends.

They will show you home.

Listen to the silence, feel the pounding; fall over your breath.

Let the ache open; the pain take you. Reach inside and sit. Unravel and breathe with it.

Ache with it and squeal it alive. Groan your miseries and your mixed understandings.

Be alive inside the thing that pulls, that swallows you whole and silences everything.

Love in joy and pain.
